Designed by BBE architects ( Now GreenHAUS architects ltd). This 340sqm family home was built on a fixed price contract. We also had input in the design process and final drafting. Built to a high standard with quality materials and finishes. This was a build where we worked closely with the clients who put a lot of their own creativity and work into their house during the building process.

Concrete slab foundation over cupolex pods. Exterior edge of slab insulated.

Lower storey walls are strawbale with clay and lime plasters.
